Clínica Universidad de los Andes, a teaching medical facility of the Universidad de los Andes, communicates to its patients and families that the MINSAL Resolution N. 566, dated April 19, 2018 Law N. 21030, recognized the Institutional Conscientious Objection of our facility in the carrying out of a voluntary interruption of a pregnancy in any of the three legal grounds contemplated in article 119 ter of the Chilean Health Code, incorporated by Law N. 21,030. which regulates the decriminalization of abortion on these three grounds.
